Samir Ahuja, MD
Samir Ahuja, MD, serves as the Director of Gynecologic Services at UH Regional Hospitals Geauga Campus and UH Geneva Medical Center. He is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Ahuja completed his medical education at the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine followed by residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. Further specializing, Dr. Ahuja completed a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
Dr. Ahuja was an early adopter of cell-free DNA for single gene disorders such as cystic fibrosis and SMA recognizing the added benefit for his patients and streamlined counseling. He incorporated use of cfDNA for fetal RhD into clinical practice utilizing results to personalize management and drive patient-centered care. He was a Principal Investigator for a multi-site RhD clinical study, Clinical performance of cell free DNA for fetal RhD detection in RhD-negative pregnant individuals from the US, currently in peer review. Dr. Ahuja is an active member of several professional organizations, continuously contributing to advancements in obstetrics and gynecology.

Haywood L. Brown, MD
Haywood L. Brown, MD, is Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He also is the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Morsani College of Medicine. Prior to his role at USF, Dr. Brown was the Professor and Chairman at Duke University Medical Center 2002 to 2014 and is currently Professor and Chair Emeritus at Duke University.
An alumnus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Dr. Brown completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee and a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Emory University. He has held numerous leadership positions, including serving as the 68th President of ACOG and has actively contributed to various national health initiatives. He has also served as President of the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine.

Iffath Abbasi Hoskins, MD, FACS, FACOG, is Vice Chair, Faculty Recruiting Retention & Development, Chief Obstetric Safety Officer and Associate Director, Labor and Delivery at Montefiore Einstein in New York. As a board certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist, Dr. Hoskins has authored over 105 publications. She served 29 years in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, achieving the rank of captain/colonel and holding various leadership roles.
Dr. Hoskins completed her Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and served in high-impact roles at the National Institutes of Health, Bellevue Hospital, and NYU. She has held several leadership positions at American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, where she served as the 73rd President, and has received numerous awards for her contributions to women's healthcare.

Moise Jr., M.D., is a board-certified maternal-fetal medicine specialist and Director of the Comprehensive Fetal Care Center, a collaboration between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. Previously, Dr. Moise served as a professor at the John P. and Kathrine G. McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and the co-Director of the Fetal Center at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital. He is the former Director of Maternal-fetal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine.
Dr. Moise completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Vanderbilt University and a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. He is the former president of the International Fetal Medicine and Surgery Society and a founding member of the North American Fetal Treatment Network. Dr. Moise is internationally recognized for his contribution to fetal treatment of Rh disease, including the use of cfDNA to determine fetal red blood cell antigen status and te use of middle cerebral artery Doppler to detect fetal anemia. In 2019, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine for his work in hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn.

Nicole Plenty, MD
Nicole Plenty, MD is board certified in Ob/Gyn and Maternal Fetal Medicine. She obtained a dual Medical Doctorate (MD) degree and Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Health Systems Management from Tulane University and then completed her OB/GYN residency and Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Plenty is currently the Maternal Fetal Medicine Division Director at Wellstar Health System in Atlanta, GA. Prior to moving to Atlanta Dr. Plenty practiced in Houston, TX and Indianapolis, IN.
In addition to her work in direct patient care, Dr. Plenty is a fierce patient advocate and has received local, state, and national honors for her involvement in health policy, mentorship, and her work in health advocacy. After experiencing a difficult pregnancy herself, she launched Pregnancy Pearls with Dr. Plenty, a vlog and podcast she created to help patients advocate for themselves by providing pre-/post-conception advice and education regarding complications of pregnancy.
